What is Depression?
DSM-5-TR depressive disorders include Major Depressive Disorder, Persistent Depressive
Disorder (Dysthymia), Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, and Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder.
Symptoms include sad, empty, or irritable mood, loss of interest in activities, sleep and appetite changes, fatigue, feelings of guilt or worthlessness, poor concentration, hopelessness, and thoughts of death.

What treatments help manage depression?
