MELANIE ANON, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Doctor of Nursing Practice | Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Melanie Anon is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice with a psychiatry/mental health specialty from Arizona State University, where she also completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Melanie’s philosophy of care centers on making patients feel truly seen and heard. She is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can share their goals openly and honestly. She views mental health as essential to overall well-being—just like any other part of the body—and strives to reduce the stigma that so often surrounds seeking care.

Melanie partners with patients to develop holistic treatment plans that respect their lifestyle, spirituality, socioeconomic factors, and personal beliefs. She believes in empowering patients to “take the wheel” in their care journey, offering guidance and tools to help them achieve their mental health goals.

She has a special interest in working with veterans, first responders, women, and patients during pregnancy and postpartum, recognizing the unique challenges these groups face. Melanie brings both professional expertise and genuine compassion to supporting them through life’s most demanding transitions.

Outside of work, Melanie enjoys being outdoors with her family and pets, gardening, and cooking.
