Jennifer Hamilton is the Practice Administrator at Interventional Psychiatry Group, where she leads the business and operational strategy with a commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Jennifer brings a style of caring, empathic leadership marked by integrity, exceptional communication, resilience, adaptability, and a dedication to continuous learning. She ensures that the practice runs smoothly and ethically, from compliance with healthcare regulations to strategic planning that keeps patient needs at the center of every decision.

Before joining Interventional Psychiatry Group in 2019, Jennifer worked in the Neuroscience division of Takeda Pharmaceuticals in Nashville, TN, where she collaborated closely with psychiatrists. That experience opened her eyes to the undue administrative and financial burdens that insurance companies and large hospital systems often place on physicians, increasing burnout and harming patient care.

Returning to Memphis, Jennifer was struck by the shortage of psychiatric and behavioral health services in the Mid-South, particularly the lack of outpatient clinics accepting Medicare and Medicaid. These inequities shaped her vision for Interventional Psychiatry Group: to create a practice where every patient, regardless of background or insurance status, can receive high-quality, compassionate psychiatric care.

Jennifer leads with the conviction that mental health care should be accessible, respectful, and coordinated, supporting both patients and the dedicated professionals who care for them.
