Courtney Clark is a highly skilled physician assistant with extensive experience in high-acuity psychiatric settings. She earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Christian Brothers University and brings deep expertise in complex mental health care to the Interventional Psychiatry Group.
 
For seven years, Courtney served at Alliance Healthcare Services, where she managed the OnTrack TN program, providing comprehensive, early intervention for patients experiencing first-episode psychosis. She also launched and managed their SPRAVATO® program starting in 2023, helping patients access innovative treatment for treatment-resistant depression.
 
Courtney is known for her thorough, patient-centered approach to assessment and treatment. She conducts comprehensive evaluations, thoughtfully considering all differential diagnoses to ensure accurate, individualized care. She believes in treating the whole person—not just a diagnosis—by addressing symptoms holistically and integrating physical, psychological, social, and environmental factors.
 
Her approach emphasizes collaboration with patients, families, and entire treatment teams to ensure clear communication and continuity of care. She has years of experience coordinating with therapists, psychiatrists, primary care providers, and caregivers to build cohesive, effective treatment plans that prioritize patient safety and long-term well-being.
